It is gonna be a fabulous week, & I am looking forward to everything singe day of it.
There is a lot to do, & a lot to enjoy. Let’s start it fabulously right away.
So, on my
DAY 1 as a “tradition”, I am gonna have my breakfast outside in a local cozy cafe deliciously smelling of coffee, chocolate & fresh bakery.
If you are located in the city center, you are lucky to have a large choice of cute breakfast spots, so you can change your breakfast place every week!
DAY 2. Write a Gratitude List. No kidding.
Gratitude lists are the ultimate “therapy” tool (no, not wine any more, babe) for ANYTHING nowadays. They are magic “quick-fixers”, especially during dark moments of your spirit… You will instantly feel better about life, guaranteed!
DAY 3. Okay, as an ardent supporter of all things healthy, I highly recommend to try a new ultra-healthy dish from a beautiful woman & wellness activist Kris Carr. The dish is called Dill Avocado Kombucha Soup!
It is easy to make & it is SO tasty! In the middle of the week it is not a bad idea to “go light” and recharge your energy with this delicious greenie!
Your stomach will rave with gratitude!
