I have to confess something – I am an exercise addict… I guess it is serious, although they say it is not always a bad thing…

I have the need to work out every single day for at least an hour, and sometimes I still feel like I am not doing enough.  I even wish I had more time, so that I could “torture” my body even longer…  :)

It started several months ago when trying new bikini in front of a big mirror I noticed, that my body looked somehow different from before, that it was just not the same any more.

Instead of a toned classical dancer figure, I effortlessly possessed for years without exercising, the mirror was mercilessly showing appeared from nowhere flabby arms & weak thighs, and even my beautiful stomach had lost its sexy definition.

My mood dropped. I was disgusted!

I had to fix the situation asap, and before summer! I wanted to wear my usual tummy tops without worrying, that my flabby stomach muscles would be falling out of my pants…

I signed up for a local gym right away.

I was ultra determined to exercise at least three times per week, & I paid three-month membership in advance.

Big mistake!

After three-four workouts I realized, it was a bad idea.

I was clearly not a “gym person”. The over-populated & loud place was getting on my nerves, and after a while I was feeling sick just thinking about it.
Of course I was looking for every possible excuse to skip that shit.

Shortly after I dropped out.

But I was still determined to fix my body, I just needed another solution. And therefore, I decided to try a workout DVD. I did not do much research on what was hot at the moment out there, I just went on Amazon and ordered the first one that “spoke” to me. Simply judging by its cover.

It was Tracy Anderson Complete Body Workout. I know, I was very lucky to stumble over the right one!:)

Since then I’ve been exercising non-stop, and do not intend to slow down any time soon.
My body had been already fixed long ago; so actually doing those exercises for one hour every day (weekends included, of course), it took me about 1-2 months to get in the desired shape. I like my body now, and seeing the results keeps me definitely motivated to continue.

After about a month of intense exercising routine, it formed into a habit, and now I naturally crave it every day. I am addicted to feeling good and being in shape.

Well, working out at home is not for everyone: it requires strong self-discipline, and some free space in your apartment. But the advantage is, you can exercise any time you feel like, and doing it in your “comfort zone” at home.

Sometimes it is not even necessary to buy a DVD, many fitness gurus have their classes online, and for some monthly fee you can access them 24/7. Everything is possible nowadays!

YouTube is another great source for short work-out videos, and they are all for free! You will definitely find what you need to start with.

Here I found a very nice Tracy Anderson Butt & Thighs Webisode, please check it out and see for yourself :)
