I have a friend, a gorgeous corpulent woman, who weights around 200 pounds but she looks just stunning!
Her body’s got a great womanly shape, but her belly is totally flat!
Yes, it freakingly is!
Even weighting over the norm, my friend feels absolutely comfortable in her own skin and she claims, she loooves her exaggerated curves.
I never heard her bothering about losing extra weight or even dieting. …Although, sometimes she might reluctantly remark, that oh well, ten or twenty pounds off wouldn’t actually hurt…
But overall she is quite confident in herself, & doesn’t give a damn what others think.
She eats more or less healthy on a daily basis, but regularly indulges herself with decadent creamy cakes or extra-sugary pastry sans guilt…
Here is the thing: her flat stomach doesn’t come from good genes, the girl is working her ass off to keep it “in place” every single day! Her only routine consists of 100 simple classic abdominal crunches, which may take no longer than just 7 minutes per day!
That’s it! She does not do any other sport (apart from… well), but she religiously sticks to her daily one hundred crunches for years…
It is all about abs… My friend’s relatively toned stomach & waste muscles define the feminine shape of her body. Due to that contrast her big thighs look simply roundish and super feminine.
You would never perceive her as a fat person, you would probably think, that she is just a super-size pin-up girl, & trust me, as far as I remember, she never had problems with lack of men in her life
So, just a simple “routine” may take only seven minutes per day, and even if we are super-ultra-extra lazy, we can surely find them in our super busy reality, and do at least 100 crunches per day.
Discipline is the key… In anything.
Here I found a nice YouTube video (skip the food supplements commercial) of a simple but efficient exercise, one can do at home. If you do it every single day for about two weeks, I promise, you will start seeing good results.
